You are warmly welcome to Thailand again for the 2nd time!
It’s great to know that you have visited almost significant places in Thailand. Apart from those, I would recommend the following:
If you are interested in Thai history, the following are must places to visit:
1) Ayutthaya, Thailand Tourist Destination
Ayutthaya was one of the most important and great ancient capital of the Kingdom of Thailand in the old days. Nowadays, Ayutthaya is one of the most impressive ruined cities in Asia. UNESCO declared the Ayutthaya Historical Park a World Heritage Site in 1991.
There were a lot of beautiful temples, palaces and religious sculptures. The holy and historic ruins, the wealth of history and its splendor impress and attract most tourists. There are many fascinating places in Ayutthaya where you can look around for the whole day.

2) Sukhothai, Thailand Travel Destination
Sukhothai was the first capital city of Thailand. Its name means “Dawn of Happiness”. There are a lot of interesting places in this ancient city esp. Sukhothai Historical Park which is the most amazing one. UNESCO declared the Sukhothai Historical Park a World Heritage Site in 1991.
The Sukhothai Historical Park is very large area and comprises the elegant ruins of Royal palaces, Buddhist temples, 4 city gates, walls moats, dams, water control system and much more. The ruins are very awesome and the grounds are magnificent. You can feel great Thai cultural and artistic significance.

If you are a beach lover, I would recommend:
Samet, a wonderful island
If you are looking for a quiet and beautiful island which is not far away from Bangkok, Thailand, Samet Island is the right one. Samet Island and its surrounding was declared to be a national park of great natural beauty since 1981.
The wave at Samet Island is very still. The visitor’s first impression are white sandy beaches, backed by bright green of palm trees.

Another one place that I would recommend is :
Kanchanaburi, Thailand Tourist Destination
It is very famous place with the beautiful virgin jungle with a lot of wildlife, mountains and wild rivers. These charming and beautiful natures are combined to make Kanchanaburi one of the most Thailand Tourist Destination for nature lovers and sportsmen.
You can feel the spirit of tranquillity during your stay in Kanchanaburi. Come and see it by yourself. Your dream may come true there.

Have a nice time in Thailand….
You seem to like your beaches.
Try Phimai near Khorat for something different. Nice restored temple, easy laid back place to relax at. No beaches though! You can take a bus to get there.

How about Surin?

Cheap beach you did not visit before is Pattaya. Beach is not as good as Phuket but hotels, transportation, restaurants are cheaper. Short bus ride from Bangkok too! Hotels have pools and you can get sunburned on the beach if you want. Jomtien has beaches you an swim at. Visit Koh Larn Island while you are there, only 20 baht by ferry from Bali Hai pier.
